1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer International Shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard International Shipping: 5–14 business days.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery: 6–17 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance processes, local postal service disruptions, or peak seasonal volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Winsoncool is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding imported sports goods.
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at [Your Email Address]. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
